Today (08.03.2019) I visited the newly refurbished Flint Balti on Chester Street to see the excellent work that has been done to introduce a new menu and restaurant.
Flint Balti, which is under new management, will be open seven days a week (Sun-Sat: 5pm-11pm, including bank holidays). They will deliver (minimum order £20 with a small delivery charge of £2.50 or £3 for over 3 miles) and can also cater for parties and bookings are welcome.
The newly refurbished restaurant boasts a new award-winning chef who specialises in delicious Bangladeshi, Indian, Afghani and Ceylonese cuisine.
The grand re-opening will take place tonight (08 March 2019) at 5pm and has been achieved by the tireless work of three business partners: Awlad Miah, Shajibul Choudry, and Iqram Syed.
It is always a delight to welcome investment into our town and to see the Flint Balti reopening its doors on Chester Street will ensure that people in the town will be spoilt for choice for excellent food.
I had the pleasure of being able to visit the restaurant and sample some of the food and I can tell you that it was superb. I would encourage everyone to book a table or order a takeaway from the Flint Balti.
A huge congratulations must go to Awlad Miah, Shajibul Choudry, Iqram Syed and Mym Ahmed for making the refurbishment such a success and I wish them all the best going forward.
