Delyn MP David Hanson has welcomed a members of the Flintshire U3A (University of 3rd Age) to Westminster and took the group on a tour of Parliament as part of their London visit.
U3A describes itself as an international self-help organisation for those people no long in full-time employment providing educational, creative and leisure opportunities in lifelong learning. U3A’s are learning co-operatives which draw on the knowledge, experience and skills of its own members.
David Hanson said:
“It was a great pleasure to welcome Flintshire U3A to Westminster and show them around the Parliamentary estate.
“It was a great turnout and as anticipated they were full of questions in what was a very lively and enjoyable couple of hours.
