Delyn MP David Hanson will this Friday visit the MS Support Centre, Saltney, to learn more about their recent expansions and the invaluable service that they offer to their members.
The Flintshire MP will meet with management staff and fundraisers before being given a tour of the facility which boasts around 200 members. The centre has recently extended its premises to meet the growing demand for the therapeutic services it provides.
The centre has a programme of support which includes Yoga, Tai Chi and physiotherapy, for local people suffering from MS and other neurological conditions like Parkinson’s.
David Hanson said:
“The MS Support Centre does a tremendous job in helping people with neurological conditions by promoting physical stabilisation and improvement.
“I look forward to learning more about how its focus on symptom management support is helping people to take back control of their own lives.”
