I will be supporting Small Businesses Saturday in Delyn this weekend.

Small Business Saturday takes place annually and this year will fall on 3 December. The campaign exists to raise the profile of small businesses and the important role they play within our communities and serves to encourage people to discover and value these businesses and ‘shop local’.

Last year 16.5 million people shopped in a small independent business during Small Business Saturday. 64% of UK consumers were aware of the day, and 55% of local authorities supported the campaign. In Wales there are roughly 222,000 small businesses, which has increased by 4% since last year, and it employs 54,000 people in Wales. Read more “Small Business Saturday 3rd December 2016”
