This weekend I visited the Mold Food Festival. This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Food Festival and this year didn’t disappoint. The Festival was packed with celebrity chefs giving masterclasses on everything from fine dining at home to cooking with local produce. Not to mention the pastries, street food, and alcoholic tipples that were packed into the show.
I got to meet people who are passionate about the quality of their produce. They all had one thing in common; being proud of Flintshire and North Wales. We have exceptional producers in our community making and creating food and drink that we can all enjoy.
Last year’s Food Festival was the best I had ever been to and didn’t think it could be topped. How wrong I was! This years was by far the biggest and best I’ve been too. Proving to be a great day out for young and old.
